Evil Cross Tetran?

NOTE:
The above sprite edit PARODY is NOT meant to offend anyone...but I'm putting the mature filter on it just in case. The main element of the image, the 'Evil Cross' was a boss enemy in the arcade version of 'Splatterhouse', subsequently removed in the TG-16 version for being possibly offensive (since it was an upside down cross) and replaced with a big blue head thing.

A friend who previewed this also jokingly noted, "You've made it look even slightly more controversial with how the arms almost look like a swastika." Again, that is NOT the intention of this parody. I don't see people usually making remarks about the original (real) Tetran boss from Gradius having his arms in that position sometimes, so don't take it into account here either!

This strange/insane concept came to mind one night, a design for a boss if there was some sick Splatterhouse-Gradius crossover: a varitation of Gradius mainstay boss Tetran based on the Evil Cross boss of SH with arms of its 'heads' instead.

Told you it was crazy. Just a bit of lame sprite editing and sizing, honestly.

Be glad I didn't go full Parodius and replace the player ship with say Jennifer riding a giant flying shotgun/chainsaw instead of just the Mask.
